Breading ruins air fryer vegetables, fight me on it

I coated every veggie in breadcrumbs before air frying for years. I quit that mess, and now they get perfectly crispy with way less cleanup. Anyone brave enough to try no breading and actually prefer it?

Sam tried air frying asparagus without breadcrumbs last night. He just used olive oil spray and garlic powder. The spears got perfectly crispy and clean up took like two minutes. He texted me saying his air fryer basket has never been easier to wash.

Noticed that simpler prep often gives better results. It's like we're all figuring out that less stuff means less mess and more flavor.

My broccoli got way crispier without it. Tossed them in a tiny bit of oil and seasoning, way better.
