Hit 100 air fryer recipes logged and number 27 still haunts me

My spreadsheet passed 100 recipes last Tuesday, but the frozen samosa experiment from week three gave me a 15 minute smoke alarm concert that I still bring up whenever someone claims preheating is optional, so what's the one recipe you've logged that you seriously wish you hadn't?
