Rant: why do air fryer recipes skip the preheat step?
My air fryer manual says preheat for 3 minutes but half the recipes online just say toss it in cold. I tested it twice with the same breaded shrimp batch and the cold start left them soggy on one side. Anyone else notice this or am I overthinking a $50 appliance?
