Splurged on a $120 air fryer thermometer kit, now I actually trust my wings
Last month I dropped $120 on a dual probe wireless thermometer set after my last batch of drumsticks came out raw in the middle. Turns out my air fryer runs about 25 degrees cooler than the dial says, which explains all the undercooked chicken. Anyone else find their air fryer temp is a lie and had to buy extra gear to fix it?

Honestly that 25 degree difference explains everything, my oven lies too and I always second-guess myself on chicken. Tbh good on you for getting the thermometer, way better than biting into raw wings.
