Thought frozen veggies in the air fryer would be soggy but turned out crispier than fresh after 6 minutes at 400 degrees

I used to only buy fresh broccoli and Brussels sprouts for my air fryer because I thought frozen would release too much water and just steam, but after trying a bag of frozen cauliflower florets from Aldi last week I was shocked how they got that golden crunch on the outside while staying tender inside, so which side are you on for frozen versus fresh veggies in the air fryer?

And isnt that how everything is now? You spend years believing one thing works a certain way then you try the exact opposite and it turns out better. Kind of makes you wonder how many other "rules" we're just going along with for no good reason.

Makes me think of how I spent years grinding my teeth at night trying to beat a video game the "right" way, then finally gave up and cheesed the boss with a stupid glitch and beat it in ten seconds. All that frustration over a rule I made up for no reason. Now I catch myself doing it with stuff like how I organize my fridge or what order I put my shoes on. Feels like half the things I tell myself I "have to do" are just habits I never questioned. Maybe the real rule is that most rules are just suggestions dressed up like laws.
