Hit 10,000 flight hours last Tuesday without a single write-up for a year
I didn't even notice until I checked my logbook for a training session. Have any of you guys tracked your longest clean streak like that?

My first 3000 hours I used to think write-ups were just bad luck or someone out to get you. But around hour 5000 I realized most of my close calls came from the same few bad habits I was ignoring. Now I honestly believe a clean streak says more about your self awareness than your skill.
