Wait actually, Brian's kinda missing the real headache here. It's not just that the problem moves, it's that now all the delivery trucks and school buses hit the exact same traffic at the same time. Our main road turns into a total parking lot for two hours every morning, lol. They fixed one small issue and made the daily commute way worse for everyone.

Our town changed garbage pickup to daylight hours last year and it caused total chaos with delivery trucks. Sometimes these rules just move the problem somewhere else.
