Just passed 50 clients this month and the pattern scared me straight

Hit my 50th signed client as a solo attorney on March 14th, and when I ran the numbers almost all of them came from two referral sources near Austin. That concentration felt fine until one source mentioned their own firm was restructuring, which could dry up overnight. I spent this past week building out a marketing plan to spread the pipeline, but honestly it feels like I'm racing a clock now. Has anyone else hit a client milestone and realized their practice was standing on one leg?
