Tried bird photography after reading jenniferh47's comment about finding your own subject, ended up with a hundred blurry sparrow shots. Sometimes the blank page is just really hard to find.

Seeing more galaxy photos" feels like following a trend, not real inspiration. Maybe find your own subject instead.

Notice this happens everywhere, not just photos. Someone gets a pumpkin spice latte, then seven people in line copy the order. A true crime show blows up, and suddenly everyone's podcast sounds the same. It's easier to repeat what's working than to find a blank page and start your own thing. You're right jenniferh47, it applies to galaxy shots and a lot more.
