Stacking 3 nights of moon shots changed my whole view of processing

I used to think one clear photo was enough, but after combining 3 nights of the same crescent from my backyard in Austin, the detail in the terminator really popped. The difference was wild, the single frames looked flat next to the stacked version. Anyone else notice how much more surface texture shows up when you push the stack count past 50?
