Swapped my label maker for pre-printed wire markers after a $900 rework in Tulsa
I used to cut heat shrink and hand write every wire ID on the bench, but after one mislabeled bundle cost me a full day of tracing and a $900 rework last June, I switched to a roll of pre-printed markers with the part numbers already on them, and now my harness builds take about 20% less time, has anyone else bit the bullet on that change?
