My meme got nuked in a private Discord for being 'too dark'

Last Tuesday I posted a satirical meme about a certain dictator's face being photoshopped onto a baby crying, it was clearly a joke about propaganda tactics. The mods deleted it in under 10 minutes and DM'd me saying it violated their 'harmful content' rule, no specific reason given. I checked the guidelines and there was nothing about satire or historical figures, just vague language about 'protecting community safety'. I asked two other mods and got totally different answers, one said it was fine, the other backed the original call. Has anyone else had a ban feel less about the actual meme and more about whoever happened to be online that day?
