I thought my 'Free Speech Zone' protest sign was a clever joke until campus security told me they'd moved the zone three weeks prior.

I stood there for two hours holding a sign that said 'This Sign Would Be Illegal Over There' before a student finally walked by and said, 'Dude, the new zone is by the library now, you're just blocking a bike rack.'

Classic admin move right there. They never make these changes obvious on purpose. You got played by the system.

Honestly this is like when my bank moved the ATM and I kept going to the old spot for a month. Tbh the people in charge just assume everyone gets the memo.
