In my time at college, our group aimed to host a forum on a tough subject. The committee asked for a list of all guest names and topics weeks ahead. If we could not provide every detail, they would postpone the review. Delays meant our event slot vanished, and interest faded. I saw this happen to other clubs with different issues.
