Was sure hot towel treatments were just fluff. Not anymore.

Always skipped them to save time. Did a full service for a groom's party recently. The difference in skin prep was huge. Cuts went smoother, clients loved it.

Disagree about it being a placebo. Saw the skin soften up right away, which makes the razor glide better. That's a real, physical change you can feel.

Sounds like placebo effect to me, just extra time for minimal real benefit.
