Spent $15 on a show's complete box set and the season 2 disc skips at the best part
Found an old complete series set of that detective show everyone raved about, the one set in Baltimore, at a thrift store for $15. Bought it on a whim Tuesday night. Got through season 1 fine, but season 2 disc 3 freezes right during a huge reveal. Tried cleaning it with a cloth, still skips. Anyone else gamble on cheap physical copies and get burned like this? Should I just track down a streaming version or is it worth hunting for a replacement disc online?
