Finally caught that subtle color shift during forging
Always struggled to see that exact cherry red for quenching. Yesterday it clicked. Saved a whole bar of steel from going soft.

Funny how that works... people talk about big life changing moments, but it's the small ones that add up. Like finally seeing the right color in a hot piece of metal, or getting why a recipe never worked before. We call them small wins, but they're the real stuff that changes how you do things day to day. It's not about one huge flash, it's a bunch of little lights finally turning on.

Yeah but how often is it really that deep? People get a basic idea about their coffee order or finally notice a typo in an old email and call it a "moment of clarity." It gets overused for every minor thought. Most of the time it's just a normal realization, not some life changing event. We put too much weight on regular thinking.
