DAE get auto-flagged for replying too fast on marketplace apps?

Got my account locked on OfferUp after sending 4 messages in about 2 minutes while trying to sell a chop saw, and their support page doesn't even list a reason. Has anyone gotten a human to actually unlock one of these, or do I just make a new account?
