Got shadowbanned for posting my own recipe, still can't figure out why

I shared a lemon bundt cake recipe in a cooking group last Tuesday and the mods said every one of my posts got flagged as spam by their new bot. The recipe had 14 ingredients and I linked to my blog, but I've done that for months without issues. Support wont even answer me, just an auto-reply telling me to read the guidelines. Has anyone else gotten flagged for sharing original content in a group they've been active in for ages?
