Six years ago a real person at the DMV just looked at my old water bill and fixed my license in 10 minutes, but last Tuesday the renewal site's bot kept rejecting me because an address I moved out of in 2019 was still in some database, so I drove 40 minutes to the Albany office and a sweet lady named Deb typed two lines and it was done, and I keep wondering if anyone else has just given up and driven to the office instead of fighting the robot.
