Why does nobody talk about how a Cease and Desist email beats a platform appeal form every time?
Got my small woodworking page blocked last Tuesday for 'suspicious activity' after 6 years. Filled out their appeal form three separate times and got the same copy paste reply within 4 hours each time. So I looked up the parent company's legal address in Delaware and sent a short cease and desist letter citing my account history. Two days later a real person from their trust team emailed me back and restored everything. The form goes to a bot that scans keywords, but the legal letter goes to a human in a cube who does not want a court date. My reach was down 80% for that week and I lost about $300 in custom orders. Has anyone else skipped the appeal button and gone straight to the legal address instead?
