Sorting a 1,000 piece puzzle taught me a better way to lead game nights
I spent last Friday sorting by shape instead of color for a landscape puzzle, and it cut my setup time in half. That same logic of grouping by role rather than theme worked when I ran a 6 player game of Citadels last night. Has anyone else rebuilt their game prep around how pieces actually fit instead of what they represent?
Sorting by shape for a puzzle is just being organized though, not some big leadership lesson. Feels like you're reading way too much into a board game night.
