Pro tip: Stop fighting tube sheet alignment, just let the bolts guide you

Used to wiggle tubes forever trying to get them lined up perfect. Watched an old hand on a job in Gary last month. He just dropped the tube in loose and snugged the bolts in sequence. Solved my problem in half the time. Anybody else fight this or just me?

Thought I was saving time by fighting with them, but this is way smoother. Watched a guy do it on a condenser retube and I switched my method right then.
