Had to pick between buying chicken thighs or ground turkey this week

I went with the turkey because it was a dollar cheaper per pound but then I used too much breadcrumbs trying to stretch it and the patties came out dry and crumbly, anyone else struggle with ground turkey drying out no matter what you do?

Honestly seems like everything decent in life has some kind of tradeoff.

Yeah but some tradeoffs are just hilarious... like having a nice car means you get to stress about where you park it every single time you leave the house. Guess I'll take the beater with the dented bumper and the freedom to not care.
