Habit trackers: motivating or just more stress?
I mean, some folks say trackers keep them on track, but idk, for me they often feel like a chore. How do you handle them without getting overwhelmed?

Hey, what if you used habit trackers more like a science project? Instead of aiming for streaks, just note what happens without any pressure. For example, I once tracked my water intake but only to see how it changed on busy days. That turned it from a chore into interesting data. It stopped being about right or wrong and just showed me my own patterns. Made it way less stressful when there was no grade at the end.
