Showerthought: I found a blocked story about a 2019 chemical leak in Visakhapatnam by searching in Telugu instead of English
I kept seeing nothing about it on my usual feeds, so on a hunch I typed the town name in Telugu script into a search and pulled up three local outlets with details the English wires never ran. One number stuck with me: 11 people died and the plant sat 2 km from a school. Now I keep a bookmark folder of non-English news sites, but I only have a few. Anyone got good ones for smaller countries that barely show up in English coverage?
