Tenant asked me to 'trim' a whole hog, got a surprise at 4am

Last Friday a guy who runs a farm stand near my counter asked me to process a hog he said was 'about 200 pounds', but it showed up at 278 and still had its head on, which he never mentioned. I ended up working through the night to break it down and had to charge him an extra $60 for the time, but he argued the price before I even finished. Has anyone else had a customer lowball a weight that badly and then complain about the bill?
