My old mentor watched me cuss at a stripped screw for 10 minutes, then just handed me a rubber band
He passed away last month at 81, and going through his bench I found 40 years of notes on Seagull and Yashica bodies, all in pencil. It hit me that most of what I know came from guys who learned on film and never wrote any of it down. How are you all passing this stuff on to younger techs?
