I just saw a campus group get denied a table for the 4th time this month
The reason was always 'safety concerns' about their flyers, which just quoted old Supreme Court rulings. How is that not a clear content-based restriction? Has your school found new ways to block groups they don't like?

Wait, they're blocking flyers with actual Supreme Court quotes? That's wild. My school tried something similar last year with a group handing out copies of the Constitution. They claimed the paper edges were a safety hazard. It's just a new way to shut down speech they don't like without saying it.
