Found a cheap fix for my sticky bench scraper
My bench scraper kept sticking to dough when I was working on a 10 pound batch of focaccia last Tuesday. I tried wiping it dry but nothing worked until I rubbed a tiny bit of vegetable oil on the blade. Has anyone else used oil instead of water for sticky dough situations?
