Best way to store a car long-term?

I need to store my '67 Mustang for about a year while I'm overseas. Can anyone recommend a good storage solution that will actually protect it from moisture and dust? I've heard about inflatable bubbles but don't know which brand is reliable.

I second CarCapsule. I bought the 18-foot version for my truck and it's been great. Just make sure you get the right size for your car. The material is thick and durable.
