Put a $6 low flow shower head on in March and the water bill dropped $14
I stood in the aisle at Ace for 20 minutes holding the $6 one and the $40 one, picked the cheap one, and honestly can't tell the difference in the shower, so what's the small swap you made that actually showed up on a bill?
