Stopping coffee after 2 PM changed my nights

I was always groggy in the mornings no matter how much I slept, and I couldn't figure out why! Then I realized my late-day coffee habit was keeping me up. I decided to stop drinking coffee after 2 PM, and wow, what a difference! Now I get to bed easier and wake up feeling fresh. It was tough at first, especially during long drives, but I stuck with it.
