Stopping coffee after 2 PM changed my nights

I was always groggy in the mornings no matter how much I slept, and I couldn't figure out why! Then I realized my late-day coffee habit was keeping me up. I decided to stop drinking coffee after 2 PM, and wow, what a difference! Now I get to bed easier and wake up feeling fresh. It was tough at first, especially during long drives, but I stuck with it. I even keep some decaf on hand for those evening cravings. This little hack has been a game changer for my sleep. Try it out if you're having trouble winding down at night!

Isn't it wild how one small habit tweak can ripple through your whole day? I'm starting to see these little limits everywhere, like putting my phone in another room at night.

Limiting news intake early reduces stress all day.

Thought cutting caffeine early was silly until I tried it myself last week.
