Found a beat-up X-Men comic at a garage sale in Tucson for a buck, and the guy selling it knew every detail
Stopped at a garage sale on Speedway last Saturday and dug through a box of old comics. Pulled out a rough copy of X-Men 141 and the older guy running the sale started telling me how he bought it off the rack in 1981 at a drugstore. He knew the exact issue where the Days of Future Past story kicked off and even pointed out the corner box art change without looking it up. I handed him a dollar and he threw in a beat-up Wolverine limited series 1 for free. Made me wonder how many other sellers out there actually know their stuff.
