Pro tip: a guy at my local shop said he reads every pull list backwards and it fixed how I pick books
Last Tuesday I was at Comic Cave in Portland and the owner, Dale, told me he reads his weekly pull list from the bottom up instead of by title, and it made him catch stuff he used to skip. I tried it with my 8 book haul last week and ended up loving two indie books I would have passed on. Does anyone else change up how they sort their pulls, or am I the only one who does this now?
Wait so when Dale reads bottom up, is he going by release date order or just literally flipping his list? I'm curious if the order even matters or if it's more about paying attention to stuff you'd normally skip past.
