The day we waited EIGHT hours for a cure to show up
Client swore the special additive would speed things up. It arrived AFTER we finished by hand, classic!

How much did that miracle additive cost anyway?

Don't forget the cleanup cost, which can double the real price.

Actually, the real kicker was the additive itself was free. The vendor sent it as a "sample" to win the contract. The eight hour delay was the actual cost, shutting down the whole line waiting on their truck.
