The airport tinfoil hat comment that actually got me thinking

Last month I was waiting at O'Hare for a delayed flight and overheard this guy explaining to his friend why chemtrails are really just weather control experiments. I normally roll my eyes at stuff like that, but he said one thing that stuck: "If you can't question the clouds, you can't question anything." We ended up talking for 20 minutes about how every mainstream source treats the topic like a joke, and he showed me a 2017 patent filing that sounded way too specific. I still don't buy the whole thing, but now I actually look up claims instead of dismissing them on the spot. Has anyone else had a weird one-on-one chat that made you lower your guard a little, even if you didn't change your stance?
