My simple change to daily clean-ups improved site safety

I always skipped cleaning up at the end of the day to save time. After a near miss with a loose board, I made it a rule to tidy the site each evening. Now, we start fresh each morning and have had no accidents for weeks. What do you guys do to stay consistent with clean-ups?

Yeah, and once you make it a HABIT, it becomes second nature for the whole crew.

Wait, how long does that habit building actually take though? Because saying "make it a habit" sounds quick but I've seen crews take months to really get something locked in. What's the trick to speeding that up without just annoying everyone?
