But does sharing the plan ever backfire if things change last minute? I've seen crews get flak for delays they can't control. What's your backup for keeping neighbors in the loop when schedules shift?

The step-by-step guide on page 42 really changed my view too. I used to skip over those parts thinking they were just filler. But once I saw how each piece fit together, it clicked for me. It's funny how something can seem pointless until you get the full picture. Now I make sure to go through all the setup steps, even the boring ones. Glad it helped you see the light as well.
