Serious question, has anyone else tried scheduling their subs by the trash pickup day?
I run a 6 man crew doing punch list work around Austin and our jobs kept stalling out because my best drywall guy and my electrician kept landing on the same days. I started matching each sub's start day to the city trash route in that neighborhood, so whoever hauls the most demo debris goes the day after pickup when the bins are empty, and it cut our dumpster overage fees from about $340 a month to almost nothing. Sounds dumb but it works, so what weird little system are you all using to keep guys from stepping on each other?
