Foreman pulled me off the Liebherr last week and put me on the 40 ton, still not sure if it was a punishment

Last Tuesday morning at the yard in Gary my foreman walked up while I was greasing the Liebherr and said he was moving me to the old 40 ton for the warehouse job. I ran that machine for 3 years before so I know it, but the seat is shot and the boom has a slight drift when you hold a load. He wouldn't say why, just that he needed me over there. I keep going back and forth on whether I did something wrong on the last pick or if the new guy just needed seat time on the big one. Anyone else get shuffled around like this and figure out the real reason later?
