Exactly! Good communication is often the simple fix people overlook. A quick radio check catches little problems before they turn into big delays. It just makes the whole operation feel more solid.

That point about radio checks catching little problems... it really hits home for me. I used to skip those checks, thinking they were a waste of time. I figured if everything seemed fine, why bother with extra steps? But then I saw how a missed signal led to a huge mix-up on a project. Now I get that those small talks keep everyone on the same page and stop big issues before they start. It does make the whole thing feel more solid, just like you said.
