Saw the Sears wing at Oak Hollow Mall go from 12 stores to 1 in just 4 years

Stopped by the old Oak Hollow Mall in High Point, NC last month and the whole Sears wing is just a nail salon now, when it had a KB Toys and a pretzel place back in 2018. I know the anchor left in 2020, but what actually kills these wings first, the anchor or the rent hikes?
