Serious question, did a $9 tube of caulk save my Denver patio or did I just get lucky?
Last summer the concrete slab outside my back door in Denver had a hairline crack that let in water every time it rained, and after a $600 quote from a guy to regrade the whole thing, I tried that $9 self-leveling polyurethane caulk instead, which held through two winters but now some folks on my block say flexible sealant just hides the problem and I should have fixed the slope, so which side are you on?
