Thought the $99 sewer scope from that guy on Michigan Ave was a scam, then he showed me the tree roots on camera
I figured he'd just pocket the money and hand me a fake report, but he pulled up 40 feet of root clumps on the screen and saved me from buying a place that would've flooded every spring.
