Am I the only one who noticed a shop's comeback rate drop after they switched to torque sticks over impact guns on lugs?
Two years ago my old shop in Tulsa was getting 3 or 4 loose wheel callbacks a month, and after the switch to torque sticks with a final hand wrench check we went almost 14 months with zero, so what changed for you guys, torque sticks plus a recheck or just trusting the gun?
