I bought a cheap knockoff torque multiplier for a stubborn crank bolt and it snapped clean in half after two uses.

What's the main thing keeping you stuck right now? I've been there and the only way out is to break it down into one tiny step. Just pick the smallest possible thing you can do today, even if it's just opening the right document. Momentum builds from there, but you gotta start stupid small.
