My lower back is killing me from all the time under rigs

After a full week of repairs, I can barely stand up straight. What do you guys do to prevent back strain? I'm thinking about getting a better creeper, but not sure if it'll help, lol.

Back in my first shop job, we had guys complaining about back pain all the time. But honestly, most of it was just from not moving around enough or using bad form. Getting a new creeper sounds nice, but if your core is weak, it won't matter much. You might want to check how you're lifting or if you're staying in one position too long. Back pain from a week of work usually means you're doing something wrong, not that you need gear.

Stand with @sarahc47, form beats gear every time.

@wesleymartin is spot on about people skipping basics for gear.
