A lawyer told me to stop fighting the takedown notice, I ignored her and won

Last month my blog post about a local protest in Portland got pulled by the platform citing 'misinformation' but they never showed me which line was wrong. My lawyer, Sarah Chen, said fighting it was pointless because the system has no real appeal path, but I sent in a formal challenge anyway with 14 screenshots of my sources. They reinstated it in 6 days and even apologized. Has anyone else had luck pushing back when the automated process seems stacked against you?

Wow, that's wild but honestly not shocking... I read somewhere that these platforms rely on automation so heavily that a decent chunk of their takedown decisions never get looked at by an actual human unless you force the issue. Your screenshots probably did the trick, or maybe someone finally just read the damn thing and realized it was fine. Seems like the system is less about being right and more about who makes the most noise, so good on you for pushing back.
