Am I the only one who saw a whole public library computer section with a blocked search term list posted on the wall?
It was in the main branch in Springfield, and the list had over 50 terms you couldn't look up, mostly about health and politics. Has anyone else run into something like this in a place that's supposed to be for public info?

Wait, does this mean they're blocking stuff like vaccine info or how to get help for addiction? Because that's not just dumb, it's dangerous. People need real facts from a trusted place, not just whatever pops up first on a search engine. If the library starts hiding health info, where are folks supposed to go?

What the hell, that's messed up. Saw a shorter list at my local branch, mostly blocking drug info and gun stuff. It totally defeats the point of a library if they're just censoring topics. Feels like someone got scared and made a dumb rule.
